Out in the community

Lodge volunteers in red Moose shirts at the Safe Surfin' Foundation tent making free child ID kits for kids on laptops, with a Rolesville ladder truck behind them
National Night Out with the Rolesville Police, Tuesday October 6. Our volunteers ran the free child ID table at Redford Place Park with the Safe Surfin' Foundation. Each family left with an EZ-ID kit: the child's fingerprints, photo and description on one card that parents keep. Nothing is stored anywhere else, and it is ready for police if a child ever goes missing. Thank you to the Rolesville Police Department and the first responders who hosted a great night of food, games and neighbors meeting neighbors.
Nine Raleigh Moose Family Center members holding purple, orange and yellow pinwheel flowers in front of an Alzheimer's Association backdrop
Walk to End Alzheimer's, Saturday October 3. Team Raleigh Moose Family Center joined more than 1,600 walkers and 300 teams at Halifax Mall in downtown Raleigh. Every step and every dollar brings us closer to a world without Alzheimer's. Thank you to everyone who walked, donated or cheered. The team page is still open for donations.
